Flash App is a proudly South African e-hailing platform built on a spirit of Ubuntu to serve its people.
The concept of Flash was designed as a solution to many of the issues and problems faced by our ride sharing drivers in this space
Our vision was to create a platform that not only benefits the drivers, but also gives our passengers an opportunity to help its community
Through this we will affectively be boosting the SA economy

Our Business Model:

  • Is simply “Subscribe as you Drive”
  • Flash is a subscription-based e-hailing platform as opposed to the current foreign platforms that operate on a commission bases
  • This will directly impact the drivers’ earnings as he/she will be receiving 100% of trip earnings
  • The subscription is daily and will only begin from trip 1

How does this business model work:

The subscription fee is capped at R50 per day

This fee will start from the drivers first trip of the day

Flash will collect its subscription fee by deducting 10% of every trip until we have received the total subscription of R50

Once this fee is reached the driver will then earn 100% off all remaining trips for the day

The subscription fee is capped at R50 and nothing more no matter the amount the driver earns will be deducted

Even if the first trip is more than R500, only R50 will be deducted
